How to delete an account
If you have decided to delete your account, follow one of these methods:
Method 1: Deleting an account via the website
1.
Log into your account
Go to https://init.kz/login and sign in.
2.
Open profile settings
Click on the profile picture in the upper right corner → 'Settings'.

Go to the 'Account Deletion' tab
4.
Click the 'Delete' button and confirm the deletion
Method 2: Deleting an account via the mobile app
1.
Open the Init app on your phone.
2.
Go to profile
Tap the profile icon in the bottom menu → 'Profile'.
3.
Press the delete button (trash icon) and confirm deletion.
